These Terms and Conditions outline how we operate our website and process orders. By visiting our site, purchasing from us, or hiring our services you agree to these terms.


1. About Clink

  • Clink (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a UK-based brand offering curated tablescaping kits, rentals, and bespoke event design services. 
  • Our mission is to make hosting beautiful, joyful, and stress-free. 

2. Orders and payments

  • All orders must be placed through our official website: justclink.com.
  • Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments or other trusted third-party processors.
  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing, products, or availability at any time.

3. Shipping and delivery

  • We currently deliver only within the UK.
  • Tablescaping kits are typically delivered within 5-7 business days subject to availablity. Please visit our FAQ page for further information.
  • For bespoke or rental services, delivery timelines will be confirmed via email.

4. Returns and refunds

  • Customers may return their Tablescape Kits within 14 days of receiving it, provided all items are returned in their original packaging and condition. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and free from any damage, scratches, marks, or signs of wear. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@justclink.com. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return your order. After we have received and inspected the returned items, you will get a notification of your refund being processed. 
  • Customers shall be eligible for a full refund where goods are delivered in a damaged condition or where the delivery is incomplete, subject to notification in accordance with these Terms. Please contact info@justclink.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of any damage or missing items.
  • For bespoke events, customers are entitled to a full refund of the deposit more than two months before the event date and 50% between one and two months. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than one month before the event date. Additional invoices, beyond the initial deposit, will be issued as costs are incurred throughout the planning process. Any amounts already paid towards supplier bookings, products, or services that have been committed on your behalf may be non-refundable. The final balance is due the day before the event. 

5. Product descriptions and substitution policy 

  • We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, all descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only, and minor variations in colour, design, materials, or composition may occur.
  • Due to the curated and seasonal nature of our tablescaping kits and event services, certain items shown in product images may, on occasion, become unavailable. In such circumstances, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to substitute unavailable items with alternatives of equal or similar style, quality, and value.
  • Any substitutions made will not materially affect the overall look, theme, or quality of the product or service purchased. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that such substitutions may occur as part of the fulfilment process.
  • We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this website are error-free, complete, or current, but we will endeavour to correct any inaccuracies as soon as reasonably practicable. 

6. Bespoke events

  • Our team will respond to bespoke event form submissions within 2 business days.
  • A deposit is required to confirm booking; full payment is due before the event date.
  • Major changes after confirmation may affect cost and availability.

7. Liability

Clink is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the misuse of our products, improper setup or delivery services by third-party couriers.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order or service.


8. Intellectual property

All text, images, graphics, and designs featured on this site are the intellectual property of Clink. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Right to refuse/cancel orders

  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, decline, or cancel any order at any time. This includes, without limitation, circumstances where products or services are unavailable, where errors have occurred in pricing, product descriptions, or other content, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent, unauthorised, or unlawful activity.
  • In the event that we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and issue a full refund of any amounts paid in respect of the cancelled order.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the refusal or cancellation of an order, provided that nothing in this clause shall affect your statutory rights.
     

10. Consumer Rights  

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 

11. Force Majeure

  • We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control (a “Force Majeure Event”).
  • Force Majeure Events may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters (such as fire, flood, or extreme weather), war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or labour disputes, pandemics, interruptions to transport or supply chains, government actions, or failures of utilities or communication networks.  
  • Where a Force Majeure Event occurs, we shall use reasonable endeavours to mitigate its impact and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable. Performance of our obligations may be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event. 
  • If the Force Majeure Event continues for a prolonged period and materially affects our ability to fulfil an order or service, we reserve the right to cancel or terminate the affected order or agreement by providing notice, without liability.  

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 

13. Website use / prohibited use 

You agree not to misuse this website, including introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, or using the site for unlawful purposes. 

14. Privacy Policy and Cookies

  • Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. 
  • Details of how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data—including information collected through the use of cookies and similar technologies—are set out in our Privacy Policy.
  • Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference. By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these policies.
